The 2025-2026 Fall Semester midterm exam week is November 17-23, 2025. The exact exam dates will be announced on the website.

As part of International E-Waste Day, organized by the Ankara University Sustainable Campuses Coordination Office and the Faculty of Science Dean's Office, electronic waste will be collected in electronic waste bins located at the Science Faculty department heads from October 14-20. It is strongly recommended that you dispose of any unused or broken personal electronic waste in these bins. Our department's electronic waste bin is located across from the Department Secretariat in Block B.

Students who have completed their internships must submit the following documents to the Department Secretary by October 31, 2025, and send digital versions to aatakangoren@ankara.edu.tr. Those who submit or email documents after October 31 will be deemed to have failed their internships. 1: Intern Evaluation Form: This document, completed by the internship supervisor, evaluates the work performed during the internship according to specific criteria and demonstrates the student's performance. The language exam announcement has been published on the European Union Education Coordinator's website, allowing students of our university who wish to participate in Erasmus activities during the 2025 Project Period to obtain foreign language scores for their applications. Applications for this exam will be accepted online from 4:00 PM on September 29, 2025, until 4:00 PM on October 20, 2025, at https://erasmusport.ankara.edu.tr. Information regarding the location and time of the in-person exam, which will be held on December 6, 2025, will be published on the relevant website at a later date.

The BİB113 course, which was canceled on September 23, 2025, due to the Science Flame Lighting Ceremony and Anıtkabir Program, will be made up on Monday, September 29, at 1:30 PM in the Akilli Sinif.

The Turkish Disabled Sports Assistance and Education Foundation (TESVEY) will provide scholarships to students at our university who are continuing their formal education and need financial support, provided they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the attached scholarship announcement. Meal scholarships will be provided to students in need during the 2025-2026 academic year. Students wishing to apply must complete an application form and submit it to the Department Secretary by October 2nd.
