The Sabancı Foundation will provide scholarships to high-achieving students in need of financial support under the "University Entrance Scholarship" program. Two scholarship quotas have been allocated to our Faculty students for the 2025-2026 academic year. Students must have achieved a minimum score of 465 (excluding additional points) on the 2025 Higher Education Institutions Exam (YAY), using a 0.12 placement score. Students who cannot select a course due to a course fallacy are kindly requested to send their information, including their grade, which two courses they are studying in, and which courses they will take other than the courses they have a course conflict with, to the e-mail address aatakangoren@ankara.edu.tr.

The Hacettepe University School of Foreign Languages ​​Course Coordination Office will organize online distance learning courses for university academic and administrative staff and students in September 2025 to prepare them for national and international foreign language exams and to improve their foreign language knowledge and skills. The orientation program for first-year students in the Faculty of Science will take place from September 17-19, 2025. Opening remarks for the orientation program will be held in the Faculty's large Chemistry Amphitheatre. Attendance is mandatory for newly enrolled students. The Exemption Exams for Basic Foreign Language Courses (English, German, French) will be administered on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at 4:00 PM for students who do not have a compulsory preparatory program and are enrolling in our department for the first time in the 2025-2026 academic year. Our university preference fair, which includes our department, will be held at the Anfa Altınpark Fair and Congress Center on Saturday, July 26th and Sunday, July 27th, between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Faculty of Science Promotion and Preference Days will be held between July 28 - August 1 and August 4 - 8 at Ankara University Faculty of Science.
