Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marjan Sheibani Abdolyousefi from the Department of Mathematics at Semnan University in Iran paid a study visit to Prof. Dr. Handan Köse. During the meeting between Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marjan Sheibani Abdolyousefi and Prof. Dr. Handan Köse, issues of strengthening cooperation in the fields of education and culture were discussed. The two then touched on common work issues and problems with the participation of the Dean of the Faculty of Science Prof. Dr. Sait Halıcıoğlu and his students. After the study, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Marjan Sheibani Abdolyousefi was given a tour of Ankara's historical and touristic places.

The 2024-2025 academic year Basic Foreign Language Courses (English, German, French) Exemption Exam will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 16:00 in the Büyük Kimya Amphitheatre for students who do not have a compulsory preparatory program and are registering for the first time at our faculty.

We also took part in the Mustafa Akgül Linux Free Software Camp held at Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University, located in the heart of nature, between August 24-31. In this camp, which has a very busy program; we took lessons from the instructors in the TÜBİTAK Pardus team under many headings that you can think of, such as the basic commands of the Linux operating system, file structures and working methods, disk formatting.
